Senior Project Manager – OT Cybersecurity

Our client, a leading technical services provider, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their operational technology cybersecurity division. The project involves leading industrial security transformations from initial analysis to final delivery across various regional sites.

• Lead OT cybersecurity projects for industrial clients from analysis and design to implementation.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers, specialists, and external partners.
• Oversee project scope, planning, budget, risks, and resource management.
• Serve as the central point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate security initiatives including network segmentation, secure remote access, and asset management.
• Support clients in implementing cybersecurity strategies according to industrial standards.
• Coach engineers and project staff to ensure quality and compliance throughout the delivery process.

• 8+ years of experience in project management within industrial automation and networking.
• Deep knowledge of industrial systems including PLC , SCADA , and DCS .
• Extensive experience in managing complex industrial projects and budget control.
• Strong understanding of OT environments and IT/OT convergence.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Automation , Electromechanics , Cybersecurity , or equivalent.
• Proactive leadership skills with a structured and client-oriented approach.
• Possession of a valid driving license B and willingness to travel regionally.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English .

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of IEC 62443 and NIS2 standards.
• Experience with network segmentation , firewalls , or remote access .
• Background in cybersecurity assessments or audits .
• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally.
• Knowledge of French .
