As Director Fraud Strategy Operations , you are thebr/br/strategic and operational right handbr/br/of the Head of the department. Youbr/br/provide high levelbr/br/advise, lead majorbr/br/initiativesbr/br/and step in wherever needed – up to fully replacing the Head of the department when absent.br/br/While you will not have a direct team, this is a director-level role with significant influence, combining strategic leadership with operational execution. Strategic Advisorybr/br/: You advise the Head of Fraud Management Investigation on strategic and operational matters Project Leadership:br/br/You lead major, often cross-functional fraud and AML projects, from concept to execution Day to Day Operation:br/br/You assist in the department’s operational management Departmental Representation:br/br/You replace the Head of the department when absent, with full decision-making authority, and represent the department internally and externally in a professional manner Stakeholder Management:br/br/You represent the department in internal and external forums Translate the bank’s and department’s strategy into actionable initiativesbr/br/. Trusted Partner:br/br/loyal, discreet and aligned with the Head of Department’s Vision Languages:br/br/You are fluent in Dutch, French and English Experience in a banking environment is an asset Management experiencebr/br/, ideally within financial crime/risk, with exposure to senior management or board-level reporting You get a unique position close to the Head of the department: broad exposure to strategic matters, direct influence on the direction of the department, and the responsibility to represent and lead the department whenever needed.
