pWe are seeking a Program Manager OT Cybersecurity (Dutch) to join our team in Brussels. The role will lead and coordinate OT cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with client strategies and regulatory standards. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul lipbManage all OT cybersecurity projects at the site, from analysis and design through implementation and delivery. /b /p /li lipbProvide operational leadership to OT engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and external partners. /b /p /li lipbOversee project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources while maintaining program alignment. /b /p /li lipbCoordinate and lead cybersecurity assessments, audits, and maturity improvement programs. /b /p /li lipbReport project progress to operational and client management levels. /b /p /li lipbSupport implementation of cybersecurity strategy in accordance with IEC 62443, NIS2 and other regulations. /b /p /li lipbCoach and mentor engineers and project team members to ensure quality and safety. /b /p /li /ul h3Required qualifications /h3 ul lipbBachelor's or Master's degree in Automation, Electromechanics, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field. /b /p /li lipbExtensive experience in OT cybersecurity, including network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, and security monitoring. /b /p /li lipbProven project or program management experience in an industrial environment. /b /p /li lipbStrong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS and IEC 62443 / NIS2 standards. /b /p /li lipbFluency in Dutch and English; valid Category B driving licence. /b /p /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul lipbExperience in the nuclear sector or other highly regulated environments. /b /p /li lipbFluency in French. /b /p /li lipbExperience with contract and budget management. /b /p /li /ul
