pWe are seeking a Program Manager OT Cybersecurity (Dutch) to join our team in Brussels. The role will lead and coordinate OT cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with client strategies and regulatory standards. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage all OT cybersecurity projects at the site, from analysis and design through implementation and delivery. /li liProvide operational leadership to OT engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and external partners. /li liOversee project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources while maintaining program alignment. /li liCoordinate and lead cybersecurity assessments, audits, and maturity improvement programs. /li liReport project progress to operational and client management levels. /li liSupport implementation of cybersecurity strategy in accordance with IEC 62443, NIS2 and other regulations. /li liCoach and mentor engineers and project team members to ensure quality and safety. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Automation, Electromechanics, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field. /li liExtensive experience in OT cybersecurity, including network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, and security monitoring. /li liProven project or program management experience in an industrial environment. /li liStrong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS and IEC 62443 / NIS2 standards. /li liFluency in Dutch and English; valid Category B driving licence. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience in the nuclear sector or other highly regulated environments. /li liFluency in French. /li liExperience with contract and budget management. /li /ul
