Technical Contigent – Regulatory Technology & System Integration

As a Technical Contigent – Regulatory Technology & System Integration , you’ll support the implementation of an Intelligent Document Generation Platform (IDGP) within a strategic pharmaceutical transformation program.

You’ll coordinate technical integrations, solution design, and implementation activities across internal teams and external partners. You’ll contribute to modernizing regulatory document creation through structured content authoring, data integration, and AI-assisted technologies, while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.

Your missions

• Gather and translate business and technical requirements into clear integration specifications and solution designs.
• Coordinate the technical implementation of the IDGP platform, working closely with vendors, Enterprise Architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee system integrations with existing enterprise platforms, including Veeva Vault, Snowflake, Single Sign-On (SSO), and AI-driven solutions.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation readiness activities to ensure compliance with GxP requirements and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate technical workshops, stakeholder discussions, and cross-functional meetings to align teams and drive project decisions.
• Monitor integration progress, manage technical dependencies, and proactively address risks to ensure successful solution delivery.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, system integration, or enterprise software implementation, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of GxP environments, regulatory compliance, and pharmaceutical processes , including Regulatory Affairs, CMC, clinical operations, or labelling.
• Proven experience translating technical requirements into functional specifications, solution designs, and integration architectures.
• Knowledge of regulatory technology platforms, structured content authoring solutions, or enterprise systems such as Veeva Vault, Snowflake, and SSO is a strong advantage.
• Excellent project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently across complex technical environments.
• Fluent English is mandatory ; French is an advantage. A structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset is essential.
