KONE Belux offre un stage en service clientèle. Vous serez formé(e) à nos métiers et savoir-faire, vous rejoignez l'équipe de Customer Service Inbound. Ce service s'effectue directement d'une part en gérant efficacement toutes les demandes des clients et d'autre part en renvoyant efficacement les questions des clients aux autres départements de KONE.

Vous recevrez un programme de formation complet, composé d'une combinaison de formation interne et de coaching par des collègues expérimentés. Dans le cadre de votre stage, vous et vos collègues apprendrez pas à assumer les responsabilités suivantes :

Vous êtes le premier contact de nos clients par téléphone ou par email.Vous analysez les questions du client et réfléchissez de manière proactive, de manière à répondre à tous les besoins/questions.Si vous ne pouvez pas aider le client vous-même, orientez-le vers les bons collègues au sein de KONE.Vous garantissez un traitement fluide des complaints et voyez cela comme un défi pour augmenter la satisfaction des clients.Vous proposez de manière proactive des améliorations pour optimiser le processus de travail et augmenter la qualité au sein de l'équipe.

Ce que nous attendons de vous?

Actuellement en préparation d’une étude relevante, vous êtes intéressé(e) par la technologie des ascenseurs, ses évolutions et souhaitez rejoindre un Groupe qui vous accompagne tout au long de votre parcours professionnel.Vous avez une bonne du néerlandais et du français, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.Vous avez une connaissance des packages Office, La connaissance de SAP est un plusVous êtes bien organisé et souhaitez-vous engager pleinement dans votre travail.
