Group Tax Manager

Your Scope

As a Group Tax Manager, you will partner with the CFO in ensuring implementation of the tax strategy and you will co-ordinate all tax related matters within the Ardo Group. You closely monitor tax legislation, provide practical advice to our various companies, and collaborate on impactful business projects. Your responsibilities are: 

Managing and following-up of all tax related matters and tax compliance matters within the Ardo Group, both direct and indirect tax. Monitoring of the transfer pricing policy within the Ardo Group. Managing all tax related projects within the Ardo Group (a.o. merger, de-merger, acquisition of companies). Optimising of the tax rate within the Ardo Group.  Advising various internal stakeholders on (international) taxation. Monitoring the quality and punctuality of the (direct and indirect) tax return obligations of the group companies.Monitoring and managing the group guidelines and obligations regarding (international) taxation.Supervising tax audits. Building an internal network with the various internal clients and externally with the group tax advisors.  You form the bridge between the technical expertise and the application within the Ardo Group.

Your profile

Knowledge and experience: you have a master's degree with specialization in taxation and a first experience of minimum 2 years within a big 4 combined with a minimum of 3 years’ experience within tax in an international business environment.  Communication skills: you work with many different partners; you have the necessary diplomacy and persuasiveness and make contact easily. Language skills: you express yourself fluently in Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.
