Operational Risk Manager - Customer Services Life & Health
Als Operational Risk Manager ben je het aanspreekpunt voor het risico- en controle kader binnen Customer Services Life & Health, een van de operationele centra van Belfius Insurance.
Risicobeheersing is van essentieel belang in al wat we doen voor onze klanten en onze distributienetten. Je betrokkenheid zal bijdragen aan de groei-ambities van Belfius Insurance opdat de kwaliteit van de operationele diensten op elk moment gewaarborgd is. Een optimale kwaliteit zal bijdragen tot de tevredenheid van onze klanten en onze netwerken, tot het welzijn van de medewerkers en tot een eventuele versnelling van de interne processen.
De job in een notendop
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van transversale projecten binnen Customer Services Life & Health waarbij je focust op ondersteunen en challengen van de business met betrekking tot identificatie van risico’s en effectiviteit van processen, het opvolgen van eventuele incidenten en het implementeren van de initiatieven ter verbetering van de kwaliteit en klantenervaring.
Je team staat binnen Customer Services in voor alle transversale initiateven en bestaat uit een Account Manager, Capacity Manager en Quality Manager, en je rol in dit team is die van Operational Risk Manager.
Een typische werkdag brengt je in nauw contact met de verschillende managers van de teams Life & Health en het centrale Non Financial Risk team over de transversale initiatieven die voortvloeien uit de verwachtingen van het directiecomité van Belfius Insurance.

In het bezit bent van een diploma hoger onderwijs. Een analytische en synthetische geest hebt. Graag in teamverband werkt en vlot contact legt. Word, Excel en Powerpoint onder de knie hebt.Je scoort extra met:
Ervaring inzake projectbeheer. Ervaring met verzekeringen in een operationele dienst. Een goede kennis (Nederlands/Frans).
