We zoeken iemand die in kan staan voor het ontwikkelen van een krachtig marketing- en communicatiebeleid, vooral gericht op de arbeidsmarkt. Met ons bedrijf dat gestaag blijft groeien, zijn we op zoek naar innovatieve en creatieve ideeën en oplossingen om onze groeistrategie te versterken via Marketing & Communicatie.
We zijn bezig met het opbouwen van een krachtige employer brand, en jij speelt hierin een sleutelrol, met de nadruk op digitale marketing...
- Digitale advertentiecampagnes op social media opzet en beheert, in samenwerking met een extern digitaal marketingbureau
- Organische content creëert, publiceert en rapporteert op social media
- Het interne ambassadeursprogramma beheert
- Onze recruiters ondersteunt bij deelname aan diverse job events, door de stand en al het benodigde materiaal (zowel online als offline) te regelen en op te bouwen
- Nauw samenwerken met een extern communicatiebureau voor strategische en crisiscommunicatie en als aanspreekpunt fungeren voor externe pers- en media aanvragen
- Actief samenwerken met andere luchthavenbedrijven
Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle interne communicatie, zoals nieuwsbrieven en nieuwsflashes, en zorg je ervoor dat de huisstijl altijd up-to-date en aantrekkelijk blijft.
Functie-eisen
- Je bent een digital native met een diepgaand begrip van digitale marketing, inclusief SEA/SEO en web-analytics
- Je hebt minimaal een bachelor in een marketing gerelateerde richting, zoals event management, bedrijfscommunicatie, of marketing
- Je beschikt over enkele jaren relevante werkervaring
- Als sterke organisator en coördinator zorg je ervoor dat alles perfect is voorbereid en in orde is, en manage je moeiteloos meerdere projecten tegelijk
- Je denkt strategisch en werkt creatief en hands-on
- Je beheersing van het Nederlands is onberispelijk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en je schrijft duidelijke, correcte en aantrekkelijke teksten.
- Je hebt een goed gevoel voor grafische vormgeving en bent vaardig met Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Express, etc.).
