Taakbeschrijving
Als OPEX expert werk je met een kritische blik op de eigen processen en werkmethoden mee aan een cultuur van continue verbetering.
Door analyse van zowel data als onderzoek op de werkvloer kom je tot inzichten die nodig zijn voor de verbetering van processen en werkmethodes.
Je faciliteert continue verbeteringsworkshops om het beoogde resultaat te halen binnen de afgesproken periode.
Je brengt een groot gedeelte van je tijd op de werkvloer door. Je capteert de verbeteringsideeën van medecollega's en durft hen uit te dagen.
Je zorgt mee voor een vlotte uitvoering van de verbeteringsprojecten en een structurele borging hiervan.
Je werkt nauw samen met en je rapporteert aan de Operational Excellence Lead.
Profiel
Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma op zak of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Je beschikt over een analytisch denkvermogen, een gezonde dosis creativiteit en zin voor innovatie.
Je neemt graag initiatief, betrekt mensen op een enthousiaste manier en houdt doelstellingen voor ogen. Zo slaag je erin impact te genereren en een draagvlak te creëren voor structurele veranderingen
Je haalt je motivatie uit het structureel en continu verbeteren van processen en werkmethodes.
Je bent bereid om je één keer per week naar ons hoofdkantoor te Paal (Beringen te verplaatsen)
