**A day in the life of a Process Management Expert**
- Lead cross-team and potentially cross-organisation high-impact change projects
- Analyse processes and data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Communicate, interacting across the organisation, and manage demanding stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage the project team to reach challenging objectives. When needed provide the coaching to team members where needed.
- Quantify potential results of projects in the business case and validate benefits post project.

- Previous experience of leading change initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma (Blackbelt/Master Blackbelt)
- Proven record of implementing large change initiatives
- Able to achieve impact on an organisation and realise benefits to the delight of our customers and shareholders
- Strong project management and planning skills e.g. Prince 2 Agile
- Process analysis and process mapping skills and tools knowledge (e.g. ARIS and MS Visio)
- Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills for interactions with management and operational staff
- Able to analyse data and simply present your findings in an understandable and graphical way
- Able to coach more junior colleagues
**As a Process Management Expert, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Contribute actively in INGs strategic goals and objectives on a daily basis.
- Work with likeminded colleagues who will gain from your experience.
- Have the opportunity to further increase your knowledge by attending both internal or external training opportunities
- Demonstrate your value and grow within the organisation to leadership levels across the organisation
- Have the ability to work on a mix of change initiatives whether that is following a Lean Six Sigma roadmap or more of a project management approach

The Process management experts team is part of Transformation office and together with the program managers (change execution professionals) we are the go to team for complex change projects at ING. Our strong record of delivering projects on our promise means we are constantly in demand. Within the team we have an informal approach which fosters a collaboration between all colleagues who are all willing to support you to achieve the desired outcome.
