Studenten Bachelor (Medisch) Management Assistant of Health Care Management kunnen in het Universitair Ziekenhuis Brussel terecht voor stages vanaf het tweede opleidingsjaar. Je krijgt de kans mee te werken binnen onze secretariaten en balies waar je de knepen van het vak leert van onze ervaren management assistants:
De kans om je talen in de praktijk te gebruiken Dagelijks contact met artsen en patiënten Je leert werken met ons elektronisch medisch dossier Boeiende stage-opdrachten onder professionele begeleiding Mogelijkheid tot studentenjob tijdens je vakantie Optie tot vaste aanwerving na het afstuderen
Wat kan je leren?
Je komt terecht op het secretariaat van een medische dienst (bijvoorbeeld: Kinderpsychiatrie, Centrum Reproductieve Geneeskunde (Fertiliteit), Interne Geneeskunde, Centrum Hart en Vaatziekten , Pediatrie/Centrum Ontwikkelingsstoornissen, Pneumologie, Radiologie, Infectiologie, Gynaecologie of Diabeteskliniek) Verrichten van diverse administratieve werkzaamheden (dossier- en databeheer in het geautomatiseerd patiënten systeem, mail, post, bestellingen, verslag van vergaderingen, …….) Telefonisch ondersteunen van huisartsen en verwijzende specialisten bij het doorsturen & ontvangen van medische verslaggeving, onderzoeksresultaten, etc. Afhandelen van het in- en uitgaande telefoonverkeer. Vlot praten aan de telefoon in beide landstalen. Agendabeheer Het correct uittypen van medische verslagen (consultatie, hospitalisatie en operatieprotcols) met het oog op een positieve uitstraling van het Universitair Ziekenhuis Brussel.
Wat verwachten wij van jou?
Je bent student 'Medical Management Assistant' of 'Health Care Management' Je bent geïnteresseerd in een leuke en leerrijke stage Je beheerst de Microsoftprogramma's 'Word' en 'Outlook' Je hanteert vlot de medische terminologie Je bezit goede verbale communicatievaardigheden NL/FR/ENG Je bent discreet, flexibel, vriendelijk en empathisch ingesteld
