About the Role
We are seeking an Empower Solution Expert to join our dynamic team at Braine QC Labs, based in our office in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.
Who You'll Work With
You'll be part of a diverse and collaborative team, working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and Regulatory Affairs departments to ensure the deployment and smooth operation of Empower solutions.
What You'll Do
Implement all changes in Empower solution as QC representative. Lead local system activities to ensure proper deployment of global requirements. Ensure that business requirements are understood by IT solutions experts. Execute and coordinate activities related to Data Integrity of the Empower system. Ensure compliance, efficiency, improvement, and transversality of business processes related to the Empower system. Contribute to system validation through document review and test scenario development. Coordinate and lead the community of local system key users.Interested? Proven experience (min 5 years) in transversal (multi-departmental) laboratory systems for Empower (mandatory). Master's Degree. Certification: APICS, LSS Green Belt, PMI project management. Experience in securitization and data integrity of QC laboratory systems and equipment (min 2 years). Experience in QC activities (min 5 years). Experience in system interfacing. Experience in data management. Experience in interdepartmental interaction (business, IT, QA). Proven transversal project management skills. Basic financial knowledge. Ability to work in collaboration with Leadership team members, manager, and technicians.
