About the Role

We are seeking an Empower Solution Lead with a demonstrated experience with Empower solution and passion for cross-functional teams and project management to join our dynamic team at Braine QC Labs, based in our office in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.

 

Who You'll Work With

You'll be an integral part of a diverse and collaborative team, collaborating closely with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Analytical expert and IT departments to drive the efficient deployment and operation of Empower solutions.

 

What You'll Do

  • Utilize your expertise as an Empower Super User to implement changes and drive improvements within the Empower solution, serving as a bridge between technical requirements and operational needs.
  • Steer in local system activities, ensuring alignment with global standards while fostering innovation and best practices within the team.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders across departments to ensure clear communication and understanding of business requirements, leveraging your technical acumen to propose effective solutions.
  • Advocate data integrity initiatives within the Empower system, implementing robust protocols and procedures to safeguard the integrity of laboratory data.
  • Drive compliance, efficiency, and process improvement initiatives, utilizing your experience to streamline workflows and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
  • Play a key role in system validation efforts, contributing to document review, test scenario development, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Lead and mentor a community of local system key users, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the organization.
     

Interested? For this role, we're looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record as an Empower Business Super User, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in transversal laboratory systems.
  • Extensive experience in QC laboratories, including product testing, project management, system interfacing and data management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Strong background in securitization and data integrity of QC laboratory systems and equipment, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between technical and operational requirements.
  • Proven project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading transversal initiatives.
  • Basic financial knowledge to support decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal.
