Als Advisor Expert Vastgoed werk je nauw samen met een Senior Advisor Expert Vastgoed. Je analyseert vastgoedprojecten of bestaand vastgoed en je bepaalt de waarde ervan in de drie regio’s.
Jouw conclusies zijn een belangrijk onderdeel van een kredietproces waarbij de commerciële afdelingen, de afdeling kredietrisico’s en de juridische afdeling betrokken zijn.
De job in een notendop
De financieringsdossiers van vastgoedprojecten of bestaand vastgoed analyseren, de waarde ervan bepalen en kritisch advies geven. Dat omvat onder meer een analyse van de plannen, de vergunningen, de bestekken, de contracten, de haalbaarheid enz. Controles uitoefenen op de bouwplaats om de vooruitgang van de gefinancierde projecten na te gaan. Ondersteuning bieden aan de diverse stakeholders die betrokken zijn bij de activiteit Real Estate Finance door informatie op de vastgoedmarkt in te zamelen en te verspreiden. Een database bijhouden over vastgoedwaarden inzake Commercial Real Estate. Statistieken trekken . de analyse van de financieringsdossiers. Ondersteuning verlenen aan de andere afdelingen van de Bank: Risk Management, Customer Loan Services, Juridische Dienst enz. Samenwerken met en ondersteuning bieden aan de dochterondernemingen die actief zijn in vastgoedfinanciering: Belfius Immo, Crefius, Belfius Insurance, Belfius Lease. Af en toe eveneens verslagen van niet-erkende externe vastgoedexperts analyseren en valideren. Op de hoogte blijven van de evoluties op technisch, fiscaal en reglementair (ESG) vlak in de bouwsector, vastgoedpromotie en -investeringen. Op de hoogte blijven van de evoluties in de sector van de vastgoedwaardering.

We zijn bij voorrang op zoek naar een tweetalige kandidaat. Een vastgoedexpert met beroepservaring in het waarderen van de sector Commercial Real Estate. Je bent vertrouwd met de diverse waarderingsmethodes. Je kent de technische en wetgevende aspecten van de bouwsector of je bent bereid die kennis te verwerven. Je bent dynamisch, luisterbereid en je kan vlot overweg met de klanten. Teamwerk of grote autonomie in de uitoefening van je functie schrikken je niet af. Deontologie, discretie en respect voor de klant vormen een essentieel onderdeel van je waarden. Je bent bereid te werken in de diverse regio’s van het land.
