Team Manager Customers & Accounts Enterprises & Public
De afdeling Customers Contracts & Accounts (CCA) heeft een centrale rol in de bank. De missie bestaat uit het beheren van klantensignalitiek en rekeningenbeheer als referentie voor alle diensten van de bank. Dit vereist een operationeel beheer van de identificatiedossiers van de klanten en van hun rekeningen.
Je bent verantwoordelijke van het team Customers & Accounts Enterprises & Public dat zich toespitst op Corporate, Social Profit en Public klanten. Je draagt bij aan de tevredenheid van onze klanten door te zorgen voor operationele efficiëntie, met speciale aandacht voor naleving van de wetgeving.
De job in een notendop
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een team van 20 tot 25 personen, zowel bedienden als kaderleden, die als hoofdtaak hebben om identificatiedossiers grondig te analyseren.
De collega’s zijn gevestigd in Brussel en Gent.
Jouw belangrijkste taak is om het team efficiënt te organiseren, waken over de operationele continuïteit, alsook de kwaliteit van onze klantensignalitiek te waarborgen. Dit alles in overeenstemming met de wetgeving. Om dit te bereiken, beheers je het volledige identificatieproces van A tot Z en werk je constructief samen met onze verschillende gesprekspartners (Compliance, Legal, Tax, Transaction Banking, andere CCA- en CTS-teams, …). Je werkt ook samen aan de realisatie van projecten aangaande deze onderwerpen.

Een people manager bent met een teamgeest en empathie toont. Jouw opgedane kennis in het team gebruikt om een visie op korte en lange termijn te definiëren van de objectieven en prioriteiten. Een goede communicatie toont, en respectvol bent naar de gesprekspartner toe. Een goede kritische, positieve en analytische geest hebt, gedetailleerd kunt denken in helikopterview. Flexibel bent en een constructieve houding hebt.
