Our client is a dynamic and growing consultancy located in Belgium, providing services in the pharmaceutical industry. With a strong focus on Regulatory Affairs, they work with a variety of products including medical devices, pharma, cosmetics, and food supplements. As a small company, they offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where hierarchy is minimal, allowing you to work closely with the team and be truly independent.

Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance and support to the Regulatory Affairs department

- Prepare, verify, and adapt product information

- Offer scientific support for marketing authorisation dossiers, notifications, and technical dossiers

- Submit registration and notification dossiers to health authorities

- Manage the life cycle of client portfolios, including variations and renewals

- Proofread leaflets and labeling

- Support the evaluation of promotional activities

- Maintain records and files

Requirements:

- Scientific degree in (industrial) pharmacy, biomedical sciences, or equivalent by experience

- Min 1- 3 years of relevant experience in a similar function within the pharmaceutical industry

- Ability to take up RP, QP, or RIP responsibility would be an asset

- Fluent in English and Dutch French would be a bonus
