Director, HR Business Partner BeLux

What you become a part of:
In this key role, you will have the accountability for leading NEBU’s strategic HR initiatives and plans, identifying, evaluating and managing new opportunities. You will report to the NEBU HR Vice President and support the VP & Country Director BeLux and his/ her leadership team. In this capacity you are member of the NEBU HR Leadership Team. You cover Commercial, Supply Chain and Global Functions (IT, PAC, Legal etc.) in Belgium/ Luxembourg and you have deep understanding of the business environment & challenges.

Following accountability areas:
Talent Acquisition, development and Talent Management
• You are responsible for setting up the talent acquisition strategy, tactics and resourcing to become excellent at attracting, recruiting and on-boarding great diverse talents.
• You translate the CCEP employee promise into a meaningful proposition for potential candidates in the BeLux labour market and beyond (schools and universities)
• You develop the talent management strategy and program (including Talent Reviews, internships and graduate program), building and sustaining talent bench-strength for most important roles and anticipating important newly emerging competences. Being great at developing a flow of top talent.

Change Management & Organisation Design
• You lead the change agenda with operational and functional leaders and how this translate into process and organisation design changes, new ways of working, future flexibility and maintaining a productive and harmonious workplace
• You connect within CCEP and external in order to bring in market, sector and HR trends.

Labour & Employee Relations
• You hold country wide responsibility for the labour relations strategy including (pay) negotiations and maintaining excellent and long term relationships with union representatives and stakeholders ensuring balanced and positive dialogue.

People & Culture Leader
• You build a Growth Culture - developing clear understanding of CCEP’s Purpose and Ways of Working among all employees in BeLux and taking actions to nurture the desired Growth Culture.
• You build a strong HR function & presence across BeLux and are an inspiring leader for the BeLux HR team establishing and embedding HR solutions, ways of working, policies and processes while continuously improving service levels.
• You work closely with HR CoEs (Organisational Learning, Talent, Talent Acquisition, Labour Relations & Employment Practices and Rewards) and HR Operations to implement/collaborate on global initiatives in Belux.
• You support the leadership team to drive employee engagement, lead the inclusion & diversity agenda and develop the safety and wellbeing culture.


We are looking for:
• Proven experience within Human Resources or related business role at senior level with a track record of success in partnering with senior leaders. Effectively defining, developing and driving organization effectiveness, change management and labour relations, talent and engagement strategies and programs that successfully result in the attainment of business goals and the longer term vision.
• Experienced in developing Talent and Recruitment strategies and action plans
• Experienced in developing labour relations and negotiation strategies and action plans
Able to adapt appropriately to challenging situations with personal resilience and diplomacy
• Strong negotiator, willing to dialogue and obtain results with positivity and tenacity
• Sound knowledge of relevant labour relations and collective bargaining law.
• Understand current internal and external factors or HR trends and implements appropriate actions
• Experience of leading and managing an HR professional team.
• Experience as a trusted partner, coach and mentor of senior business leaders at executive level.
• Experience in multiple locations with a global mind-set, experience of matrix and indirect leadership is a requirement.
• Trilingual French, Dutch and English mandatory.
