Wij zijn op zoek naar een (Junior) Site Manager Infra regio Oost (Antwerpen/Limburg)

Als Site Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van één of meerdere werven/projecten. Je staat in voor de werkvoorbereiding, de analyse van bestek en plannen en het maken van verantwoorde keuzes bij de uitvoeringsmogelijkheden van het project en de planning van zowel personeel als materieel. In samenspraak met de dienst aankoop ben je als werfleider betrokken bij het inkoopbeleid en de keuze van de eventuele onderaannemers.

Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de gehele technische en financiële opvolging van de werf in uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werken uitgevoerd worden volgens de gestelde eisen rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu en waakt erover dat de werven opgeleverd worden binnen de vooropgestelde planning en het voorziene budget.

Wie ben jij:
  • Je beschikt over een diploma Bachelor, Industrieel -of Burgerlijk ingenieur richting bouwkunde / landmeten (of een andere technische richting)
  • Ervaring in de wegenbouw is een pluspunt - we staan ook open voor schoolverlaters.
  • Naast een goede kennis van de MS Office programma’s zijn sterke communicatieve en leidinggevende vaardigheden en teamspirit van cruciaal belang.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel en hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Je denkt klantgericht, bent organisatorisch sterk en hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig, Kennis Frans en Engels is een extra troef
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B
