Job Responsibilities
Je afdeling bestaat uit hoogtechnologische productie- en assemblagezone's waar onze producten op een zeer innovatieve en kwaliteitsvolle manier gemaakt en geassembleerd worden.
Als technieker sta je in voor het nodige onderhoud, de technische interventies en de herstellingen van het machinepark om de efficiëntie en continuïteit van het productieproces te garanderen Bij defecten en pannes (zowel elektrische, mechanische als pneumatische) aan machines voer je zo snel mogelijk de juiste reparaties uit zodat de productie opnieuw vlot kan verlopen Naast dagelijkse technische bijstand en oplossen van incidenten, werk je mee aan het uitbouwen van preventief onderhoud en het duurzaam technisch in stand houden van productiemachines/processen. Je stelt verbetervoorstellen voor en implementeert deze aan het machinepark en de processen (continuous improvements) Je werkt kwaliteitsvol, ordelijk en veilig met respect voor alle na te leven procedures en afspraken Je zorgt voor een duidelijke en vlotte communicatie en rapportering tussen de teamleden en naar onze interne klanten toe
Profile Description
Een opleiding (Electro)mechanica of elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Je hebt ervaring bijvoorbeeld in een technische productiefunctie, in onderhoud of als elektrisch installateur Onze techniekers zijn allrounders, dus ook jij hebt een goede kennis van of inzicht in Je bent enerzijds zeer hands-on en praktisch ingesteld, maar anderzijds analytisch en probleemoplossend zodat je bij personeelstekort ook in het preventief onderhoud kan worden ingeschakeld Je bent een teamplayer die begrijpt dat samenwerken en een goede communicatie sneller tot de gewenste resultaten leiden Goede kennis van het Nederlands
