Omschrijving

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van Equity & Debt Capital Markets-dossiers (= uitgiftes van aandelen en obligaties, zoals . IPO’s, retail bonds .

De job in een notendop

Je belangrijkste taak is het opstellen en nalezen van juridische documentatie (waaronder prospectussen en contracten) in het kader van aandelen- en obligatie-uitgiften.

Je team bestaat uit een 5-tal juristen en één paralegal en jouw rol hierin is om, net als de anderen, jouw dossiers te behandelen, uiteraard, met de nodige coaching van de andere teamleden.

Vanaf dag 1 zal je beschouwd worden als een volwaardig teamlid en zal je als dusdanig meedraaien in het team. Je neemt dus ook deel aan alle teammeetings, vergaderingen en besprekingen met klanten .. Kortom, dit is een ideale ervaring voor jou en op je cv.

Omdat het zo’n dossier-gedreven context is, lijkt geen dag op de vorige.

Je krijgt de kans om samen met de bedrijfsjuristen concrete werkervaring op te doen in diverse vragen van – hoofdzakelijk - economisch & financieel recht en meer in het bijzonder in Equity & Debt Capital Markets en financiële markten.

Dit gebeurt vooral binnen het gespecialiseerd ECM-DCM team en de juridische dienst, maar je zal ook in contact komen met andere afdelingen waarmee nauw samengewerkt wordt, waaronder de dealing room (marktenzaal).

Zodoende, krijg je de mogelijkheid om volwaardig met de bedrijfswereld kennis te maken.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent:

die binnenkort (of net) een diploma Master in de Rechten of een master in de economie, recht en bedrijfskunde (“ERB”) zal behalen (of heeft behaald) met een grondige kennis van het Engels, en van het [Nederlands/Frans] en minstens een passieve kennis van het [Frans/Nederlands] met gezonde juridische reflexen met een sterk analytisch vermogen en een probleemoplossende mindset

Je scoort extra:

als je vakken zoals bank- en effectenrecht of financieel recht als keuzevak hebt gevolgd en/of een interesse hebt in de financiële wereld
