De Data Acceleration Tribe is verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van dataproducten die data omzetten in competitieve voordelen: elke interactie met onze klant is hypergepersonaliseerd en elke belangrijke beslissing die we nemen is gebaseerd op data. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Senior Data Analist
Je werkt samen met de business teams om op feiten gebaseerde en datagestuurde beslissingen te nemen over onderwerpen met een grote impact. Dit omvat gewoonlijk de volgende activiteiten: Als Senior Data Analist vorm je dataproducten naar de behoeften van je stakeholders en beheer je de dataproductroadmap met een focus op het genereren van waarde. Je zet bedrijfsbehoeften om in robuuste, gebruiksvriendelijke datasetontwerpen. Dit omvat het analyseren en in kaart brengen van gegevens uit bronsystemen, het waarborgen van de kwaliteit, het opzetten van structurele controles, het visualiseren van datastromen en het opstellen van gedetailleerde analyses om onze data-engineers te ondersteunen. Je bouwt sterke en constructieve relaties op met stakeholders in het hele bedrijf om hen te informeren over essentiële dataconcepten en om datagestuurde besluitvorming aan te moedigen. Je werkt nauw samen met stakeholders en IT-architecten om ervoor te zorgen dat de datavereisten voor het realiseren van bedrijfsdoelstellingen op de juiste manier worden vastgelegd in IT applicaties Je treedt op als data ambassadeur , Je informeert de bredere datagemeenschap over nieuwe en verbeterde datasets en deelt jouw kennis en best practices Je rapporteert aan en werkt nauw samen met de Product Owner en levert input voor de prioritering van de product backlogs. Masterdiploma in een kwantitatief vakgebied (handelsingenieur, TEW, computerwetenschappen, informatiebeheer ...) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een data-analist, business insights, business intelligence of vergelijkbare rol In staat om verschillende data-informatiebehoeften en bedrijfsprocessen met elkaar te verbinden en dit te vertalen naar toekomstbestendige data-oplossingen Expertise in het verzamelen van vereisten, functionele analyse, gegevensmodellering Vermogen om besluitvormers te beïnvloeden Goede kennis van SQL, Snowflake, of vergelijkbare tools Ervaring met Cloud-oplossingen is een plus Taalvereisten: Engels en Nederlands of Frans Ervaring in het werken in een agile organisatie-
