Je zal deel uitmaken van het team “Strategy & Business Development Beyond & Partnerships”, een dynamische team dat de strategie van Belfius Insurance & DVV op een enthousiasmerende wijze vertaalt naar werkbare en concrete acties. Wij hechten er veel belang aan een goede teamspirit met de nodige fun en humor. A "mopje" a day, keeps the doctor away.
De job in een notendop
Je werkt in het team bij de Manager Strategy & Development DVV & Beyond.
Er bestaan 2 luiken aan de functie:
1/ Corporate office DVV - Je ondersteunt mee de Head of Strategy & Transformation DVV & Beyond bij het vervullen van transversale taken & groepsrapporteringen voor DVV verzekeringen:
Voorbereiding Manco en andere stakeholder meetings Centralize inputs for Ondernemingsraad, Risk, etc Follow-up Action list Management Committee of Belfius insurance Follow-up & participate in Strategic projects DVV within perimeter CORM, SAP & IAM correspondent Other ad-hoc requests top-down Communicatie ondersteuning …Je kan ondersteuning geven en opvolging verzekeren in het project management en de inhoud van groepsprojecten die impact hebben op DVV. Zo draag je ook, via de projecten, bij tot een goede service.
2/ Strategy & Business Development DVV & Beyond
Je ondersteunt bij het definiëren van de strategie DVV - Beyond 2025-2030. Je zet een duidelijke Governance structuur op voor de Corporate ventures van Beyond. Je volgt deze op en zorgt voor de nodige voorbereidingen, al dan niet met de relevante stakeholders. Je zorgt voor een duidelijke rapportage van de activiteiten en opvolging van openstaande acties van de ventures. Je draagt bij tot het overzicht van alle Beyond activiteiten binnen Belfius verzekeringen.
Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:
Je bezit een Master diploma en hebt een uitstekende talenkennis (zeer goede beheersing van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels). Je hebt minimum 5 jaar project ervaring. Change management ervaring en kennis van de bank- en/of verzekeringssector is een plus. Je bent geboeid door Fintech & Insurtech en de veranderende klantenverwachting en weet wat er leeft op de markt. Je analyseert en synthetiseert de kern uit verschillende informatiebronnen. Je bent in staat om een concreet actieplan te definiëren op basis van een strategische visie. Andersom kan je ook meebouwen aan een strategische visie en deze vertalen in een implementatieplan. Je hebt een vlotte communicatiestijl en kan een boodschap zowel mondeling als schriftelijk goed communiceren; Je past je boodschap en communicatiewijze aan aan het publiek. Je kan relevante stakeholders goed betrekken waar nodig. Je bent resultaatgericht met aandacht voor timing en kwaliteit. Je kan je zelfstandig organiseren. Je wil werken in een dynamische omgeving, je bent stressbestendig en zeer wendbaar. Je bent een team speler, neemt initiatief en werkt proactief. Je bent kritisch en constructief, ageert proactief & oplossingsgericht. Je bent nieuwsgiering en leergiering. Je kan met MS Office en andere applicaties vlot overweg.
