In jouw functie als HR Business Partner (HR BP) zien jouw verantwoordelijkheden er als volgt uit:
- Strategisch HR-beleid: Je bent betrokken bij het vormgeven van strategische HR-lijnen, vooral gericht op duurzaamheid en innovatie in personeelsbeleid.
- Projectcoördinatie: Je leidt en implementeert HR-projecten met betrekking tot retentie, leiderschap, learning & development en medewerkerstevredenheid.
- Digitale transformatie: Je draagt bij aan de digitale transformatie van HR, met name gericht op het optimaliseren van administratieve processen.
- Onboarding en Employee Life Cycle: Je zorgt voor een enthousiaste onboarding en begeleidt werknemers gedurende hun hele levenscyclus binnen het bedrijf.
- Aanwezigheidsbeleid: Je speelt een cruciale rol in het aanwezigheidsbeleid, voert gesprekken met medewerkers en biedt ondersteuning aan de business bij eventuele bijsturingen.
- Complex personeelsgerelateerde dossiers: Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor het lijnmanagement bij complexe personeelsgerelateerde dossiers, zoals conflicten op de werkvloer.
- Compliance en beleidsontwikkeling: Je zet beleidslijnen en procedures op punt in overeenstemming

- Opleiding en ervaring: Masterdiploma en minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in diverse HR-rollen, met nadruk op zowel soft als hard-HR materie.
- Kennis en vaardigheden: Bekendheid met diverse HR-tools, informatie-management systemen en sociale/arbeidswetgeving. Maturiteit, hands-on mentaliteit en servicegericht.
- Analytisch en georganiseerd: Nauwkeurig, analytisch met talent voor planning en organisatie.
- Communicatief en teamgericht: Vlotte communicator, teamspeler en bereidheid om kennis te delen met collega's.
- Flexibiliteit: Bereidheid om te reizen naar verschillende business units en werkposten indien nodig.
