Sr Business Controller

As Senior Business Controller :
- Report monthly figures, provide feedback and analysis to key stakeholders (partner-level)
- Act as a Business Partner and Sparring Partner for the Finance Manager and the Partners and Associates
- Analyze cost and revenue components including performance KPI's and metrics on a monthly basis
- Assist in creating PowerBI reports and other automation of reports
- Keep in touch with HR, IT, Marketing for all budget and financial aspects of a line of service
- Develop and contribute to ad-hoc controlling projects
The ideal candidate :
- Fluent in English and either Dutch or French (trilingual is a strong asset)
- Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Controller position
- Excellent communication : you work on a client-oriented basis
- Team-player mentality, proactive, and critical thinker
- Excellent Excel skills. Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI are considered an asset
