Als Communication Officer maak je deel uit van de ‘PSA University Antwerp Campus’ binnen PSA Antwerp.
Je fungeert als communicatiespecialist binnen het team: je staat in voor alle copywriting, grafisch design en je beheert de communicatiekanalen van de PSA University, zoals het leerplatform, de interne sharepoint website, de interne nieuwsbrief en andere (social) media kanalen. Dit zowel inhoudelijk als technisch Je zoekt constant naar manieren om de PSA University Antwerp Campus op de kaart te zetten, zowel intern bij de eigen medewerkers, als extern bij het algemene publiek, studenten en potentiële medewerkers in teken van (employer) branding Je volgt alle interne publicaties op van de wereldwijde PSA groep, om linken te maken met de PSA University Antwerp Campus en het opleidingsaanbod. Je werkt hierin samen met collega’s verbonden aan de PSA University Singapore en andere kantoren binnen onze internationale structuur Samen met je collega’s organiseer je ook regelmatig (opleiding)events, binnen en buiten het bedrijf
Profiel
Opleiding: Bachelor of master in een communicatie gerelateerde afstudeerrichting
Ervaring:
Ervaring in professionele bedrijfscommunicatie Copywriting en grafische vormgeving (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator) Sharepoint Ervaring LMS-systeem Ervaring met videobewerking (iMovie, Premiere Pro) is een pluspuntTalen: Zeer goede kennis Nederlands & Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

Creatief Sterk in verbale en schriftelijke communicatie, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels Visueel ingesteld, oog voor lay-out & design IT technisch aangelegd - je kan snel overweg met nieuwe programma’s en systemen Hands-on mentaliteit - je neemt het heft graag in handen Gestructureerde en georganiseerde werkwijze. Je kan het overzicht behouden over verschillende projecten Teamplayer maar ook in staat om zelfstandig opdrachten uit te voeren Een kei in netwerking - je legt snel en vlot contacten
