Functieomschrijving

Als Technical-Commercial Support Coordinator ondersteun je de Technical Business Development Manager in hetdagdagelijkse werk en coördineer je voor de sales teams en voor de technical trainers de (technische)ondersteuning van onze klanten.

• Je optimaliseert de administratieve flow rond klachtenbehandeling en zorgt voor de nodige follow up

• Je beheert het nieuwe PIM (Product Information Management) systeem “Inriver”: Je zorgt voor eenefficiënte transitie naar dit nieuwe systeem en je houdt het verder up to date.

• Je houdt de online applicaties, zoals de Iko Design Center tool, up-to-date en je traint en ondersteunthet sales team in het gebruik ervan.

• Je onderhoudt de nieuwe digitale Iko Knowledge Center tool waardoor technische vragen en topicshelder en gestructureerd gepubliceerd worden zodat dit bijdraagt tot een positieve Customer Experience

• Je bent de schakel tussen de technische en commerciële afdelingen en waakt over de opvolging enverbetering van de werkmethodes rond technische berekeningen, klachtenbehandeling, garanties enverzekeringen 

Functie-eisen

• We zijn op zoek naar bij voorkeur een Bachelor Marketing/ CommunIcatie of gelijkwaardig door ervaringmet een sterke affiniteit met de bouwwereld

• Een enthousiaste en leergierige schoolverlater is welkom

• Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt een basiskennis Frans en Engels

• Je kan zelfstandig werken en je bent resultaat- en actiegericht

• Je hebt een handen-uit-de-mouwen mentaliteit

• Je bent communicatief sterk, een initiatiefnemer en je werkt gestructureerd

• Je kan vlot overweg met MS office, met Powerpoint in het bijzonder en wil je graag verdiepen in digitale(inhouse) tools
