SPIE Belgium aide ses clients d'une part à concevoir et réaliser leurs équipements techniques et d'autre part, à exploiter et assurer la maintenance de leurs installations.
QUE FAIT SPIEcialiste Project Manager - Infrastructure - Vlaanderen ?
SPIE vind je op de meest uiteenlopende en uitdagende werven over heel België. Denk maar aan installaties van openbare klanten zoals NMBS, Agentschap wegen en verkeer, De Vlaamse Waterweg, Infrabel en verschillende gereputeerde spelers in de wereld van laadinfrastructuur voor elektrische voertuigen. Onze multitechnische projecten op wegen, in weg- en spoortunnels, in stationsomgevingen, op luchthavens en bruggen en sluizen uitgevoerd door onze SPIE Infrastructure teams, sluiten hier naadloos bij aan.
Als Project Manager Infrastructure neem je de leiding en het beheer van dergelijk multitechnisch project aan jou toevertrouwt. Je staat dan ook in om dit project van A tot Z tot een goed einde te brengen. De levensloop van een project start in de offertefase en gaat verder tot bij de finale oplevering en eventueel erna tijdens de onderhoudsfase.
Waar zal jij in uitblinken?
Je neemt de leiding over jouw projectteam. Je stuurt en staat in contact met de werfverantwoordelijke die jouw project op de werfsite in goede banen leidt. Je bepaalt hoe en met welke middelen het werk zal gebeuren. Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met leveranciers, klanten en onderaannemers. Je beheert ook de financiële en contractuele kant van het hele project. Je staat garant voor een correcte en veilige uitvoering van al het werk. Je houdt rekening met begroting, oplevertermijnen en kwaliteitseisen.
Jouw projecten vinden vooral plaats in Vlaanderen of Brussel. Je organiseert je persoonlijke agenda en kan je verplaatsingen optimaliseren met bezoeken aan je werven, meetings bij klanten en bij leveranciers. Je hoofdstandplaats situeert zich in ons kantoor te Puurs of Anderlecht maar er kan ook gebruik maken van onze satellietkantoren verspreid over Vlaanderen. Enkele periodieke visites aan het hoofdkantoor te Anderlecht is vereist voor de financiële rapportering aan het management.
QU'EST-CE QUI VOUS REND TELLEMENT SPIECIALISTE ?
Als Project Manager Infrastructure weet je heel goed wat organiseren is en dat je met empathie topteams bouwt, stuurt en motiveert. Dat is jouw geheim om samen met het team straffe resultaten te halen en jouw klanten te imponeren. Naast al je technische kennis natuurlijk, want daar begint alles mee.
Je beschikt over een hoger diploma in een technische richting zoals Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit of Automatisatie. Niet het juiste diploma? Probeer ons te overtuigen met je ervaring in de publieke of infrastructuur sector (rail, waterways, transport, …) Je hebt minimum 5 jaar in een gelijkaardige functie. Jij hebt een goede informaticakennis (O365: Word/Excel/Outlook). Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede technische kennis van technisch Engels. Kennis van Frans is een plus. Je neemt enkele vaardigheden mee om een project tot een goed eind te brengen:Leadership and people management
