Technical Account Manager

In this role, you'll be the primary link between the company and valued customers and partners. Your focus will be building strong client relationships and consistently closing warm leads. This is a great opportunity for a proactive, results-driven professional with technical expertise and a passion for the energy industry.
As a Technical Account Manager you will:
- Build a profound knowledge of your allocated customer portfolio and proactively engage with them, including contract renewals and bidding results.
- Collaborate closely with our Portfolio and Product Management teams to offer the right products and services, optimizing value creation.
- Represent the company and engage with technical personnel of major energy-consuming companies and international partners.
- Onboard new clients through warm leads and manage discussions with existing or potential customers.
- Conduct straightforward sales activities in a market where most companies are eager to explore opportunities to sell excess energy.
- Engineering experience (via education or practical experience)
- The ability to engage with high-level management, plant managers, and energy professionals in a B2B environment.
- A strategic mindset with the initiative to expand our portfolio through excellent technical knowledge.
- Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong technical skills, ideally backed by a master's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Flexibility, adaptability, within a continuously developing environment.
- A deliverable-focused, pragmatic, and professional attitude.
