Wat je bij ons zal realiseren:

Tarieven en economische regulering Definitie en consultatie van aeronautische tarieven, gebaseerd op het gereguleerd ontwikkelingsplan van Brussels Airport. Ontwikkelen van tactieken en strategieën om het inkomstenniveau te maximaliseren, inclusief risico's, kansen en marktconformiteit. Leiden van cross-departementale processen en consulteren van luchtvaartmaatschappijen, inclusief jaarlijkse PRM-fee en capex-consultaties. Licentievereisten Coördinatie en opvolging van alle bedrijfsverplichtingen volgens de exploitatielicentie en regelgeving, inclusief contact met de DGLV, het volgen van investeringen en ontwikkelingen en het handhaven van compliance met de licentie. Grondafhandeling Verantwoordelijk voor de corporate governance van grondafhandeling op Brussels Airport, inclusief selectieprocedures, contractbeheer, opvolging resultaten audits en overkoepelend zicht op de impact van grondafhandelaars. Budgetteren, opvolgen en rapporteren van grondafhandelingsinkomsten, inclusief afstemming met DGLV en continue beheer van autorisaties en contracten. Aviation Policy Opvolgen van EU-wetgeving, Belgische besluiten en opbouwen van netwerken met luchthavens, luchtvaartmaatschappijen en overheidsinstanties.


Wat jou onderscheidt:

Masterdiploma Minimum 10 jaar relevante ervaring (financieel management, airport business economics, aeronautische tarieven, regulering (economische regulering en andere) en projectmanagement Grondige kennis over luchtvaart, luchtvaartprocessen en de luchthaven Ervaring bij het beheren van complexe projecten & processen binnen een strategische setting
