Ahoy daar Als Duty Manager ben jij onze held van de dagelijkse operaties op de cargo. Je bent de stuurman die altijd het overzicht behoudt over de globale operaties, van kantoor tot import/export, van de Ramp tot transport. Kortom, jij bent onze operationele superster
- Je leidt het charge met het opvolgen en bijsturen van de dagelijkse planning van al onze operaties. Dit betekent nauw contact houden met teamleiders, agenten en ons Operations Control Center (OCC).
- Als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe klanten, zoals airlines en douaneagenten, zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt.
- Je bent de kapitein van het SLA-schip, waarbij je de operaties bijstuurt om onze Service Level Agreements te halen.
- Prioriteiten stellen is jouw tweede natuur.
- Een duidelijke shiftoverdracht is voor jou niet enkel een formaliteit, maar een kunst die je mondeling én via handover perfect beheerst.
- Je bent een meester in het uitwerken en aanpassen van kwaliteitsprocedures, en je zorgt ervoor dat ze correct toegepast worden.
- Het aansteken van het kwaliteitsvuur bij je teamleden is voor jou een dagelijkse missie. Je geeft hen niet alleen opleidingen, maar maakt ze ook bewust van hoe we kwaliteit benaderen.
- Het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van plannen, fases en acties voor kwaliteitsopvolging zijn jouw speelterrein.
Functie-eisen
- Je bent een geboren leider die het hoofd koel houdt, zelfs als het er verhit aan toegaat.
- Multitasken is voor jou als een dans op de vloer van het magazijn.
- Communicatie in Nederlands, Frans en Engels is jouw geheime wapen; je praat even vlot met teamleden als met klanten en stakeholders.
- Problemen oplossen? Dat doe je met een glimlach en een flinke dosis daadkracht.
- Je bent de Sherlock Holmes van het warehouse, altijd op zoek naar manieren om processen te optimaliseren.
- Flexibiliteit zit in je DNA; geen dag is hetzelfde in de wereld van cargo-operaties.
