Als Insurance Officer op onze dienst zorg je ervoor dat de verzekeringcontracten die via het makelaarskanaal binnenkomen goed beheerd en correct aanvaard worden, aan het juiste tarief.
Het team Emissie Non-Life Insurance in Antwerpen staat in voor auto-, brand en ongevallenverzekeringen en de verzekeringen burgerlijke aansprakelijkheid voor particuliere klanten en kleine ondernemingen.
Om dat team te versterken zijn we op zoek naar Insurance Officers Non-Life.
Je takenpakket bestaat uit het volgende:
- Makelaars en hun klanten kunnen telefonisch bij jou terecht om nieuwe verzekeringen te onderschrijven en bestaande verzekeringen aan te laten passen. Je beantwoordt met plezier hun vragen
- Komt er een aanvraag binnen voor een nieuwe verzekering? Dan analyseer jij de risico’s, zorg je voor de acceptatie, kleef je er een tarief op en stel je het verzekeringscontract en de bijvoegsels op
- Je bouwt een goede relatie op met de makelaars om de verkoop van onze verzekeringen te stimuleren
- Ervaring & Kennis: Een bachelordiploma of 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in de verzekeringsbranche vormen een sterke basis.
- Technische Vaardigheden: Vlot met Windows en MS Office werken is jouw tweede natuur.
- Taalvaardigheid: Vloeiend in gesproken en geschreven Nederlands, want effectieve communicatie staat bij ons centraal.
- Verantwoordelijkheid & Groei: Verantwoordelijkheid nemen en een leergierige houding hebben zijn jouw kernwaarden. Je omarmt verandering en ziet dit als een kans om te evolueren.
- Klantgerichtheid: Je begrijpt dat klantgerichtheid de sleutel is tot langetermijnsucces en dit weerspiegelt zich in je denkwijze en acties.
- Organisatorisch & Analytisch: Een georganiseerde geest met een scherp analytisch vermogen.
- Communicatieve Vaardigheden: Sterk in communicatie, met een natuurlijk gevoel voor commerciële kansen.
