Als Project Assistant ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Algemeen administratief support (e-mails, dossierbeheer in CRM...)
- Ondersteuning bieden bij de organisatie van events, workshops & opleidingen
- Redactie en opmaak van teksten en uitnodigingen
- Administratieve ondersteuning van projecten en rapportering (opvolging KPIs, deadlines, opleidingen...)
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma
- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands
- Je hebt 3 jaar ervaring in administratie of een ander relevant domein
- Je hebt een heel goede kennis van MS Office en bent snel mee met nieuwe tools
- Je bent autonoom, nauwkeurig en leergierig
- Je werkt graag in een team en je bent positief ingesteld
- Een aantrekkelijk salarispakket
