Job Title: Test Specialist Technical Asset Management

Job Description
- Within the Technical Asset Management product team, we are looking for a test specialist for larger projects (TRANSFORM) and smaller requests (GROW) initiatives.
As a tester / test specialist, you will assume the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Develops test cases and test data, supports key users and business analysts in developing and executing test cases and test data.
- You make agreements with other involved testers regarding timing and who does what.
- You execute your tests independently
- You perform an initial analysis of defects and continue to follow them up; you support the development team with troubleshooting.
- You document everything in Jira
- You report to the Test Co or the Dipo.
Skills
- Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst capturing, testing, and deploying business requirements for a complex solution for a large target audience (>3,000 stakeholders) - 5 Years – Senior - Must have
- Demonstrable experience as a Test Specialist - 3 Years - Mid-level – Must Have
- Demonstrable experience with ArcGIS Pro - 4 Years - Mid-level - Must have
- Demonstrable experience with asset management - Must have
- Demonstrable experience with formal test methods and techniques - Must have
- Demonstrable experience in facilitating workshops - Must have
- Demonstrable experience writing test scenarios - Must have
- Demonstrable experience with testing in an Asset Management context - Must have
- The candidate can demonstrate during an interview that he/she possesses the necessary agility, proactivity, and solution-orientedness - Must have
- The candidate can demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills during a potential interview - Must have
- Language requirement: Dutch-speaking at European CEFR level C2 - Must have
- Demonstrable experience as a tester in an Agile/Scrum project - Should have
- Demonstrable experience in writing test scenarios - Should have
- demonstrable experience with coordinating and conducting training courses - Should have
- Demonstrable experience with GIS projects - 4 Years - Mid-level - Should have
- Demonstrable experience documenting functionalities into a manual tailored to the target audience - Should have
- Knowledge of and demonstrable experience with/in a Belgian distribution network operator - Should have
