Tasks
- Define and deliver the target vision for the IT infrastructure (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), ensuring its alignment with business needs, budgetary constraints and the evolution of the organization.
- Acting as a cross-functional technical expert, validating architectural directions and supporting projects in collaboration with application architects, operations teams, project managers and external partners.
- Contribute to the modernization of infrastructures through standardization, automation (Infrastructure as Code), adoption of DevSecOps practices and the gradual evolution towards hybrid cloud architectures.
- To ensure the architectural governance of projects by defining technical requirements, formulating pragmatic recommendations and ensuring compliance with architectural standards and principles.
- Supervise the evolution of infrastructure platforms and tools: datacenters, servers, networks, operating systems, storage, virtualization, security, monitoring, backup, privileged access management (PAM), CMDB and capacity management.
- Structuring and maintaining architecture repositories, modeling infrastructure services and ensuring their consistency with operational repositories in order to improve the quality, traceability and governance of information.
- Produce quality deliverables for management, technical teams and external stakeholders, in order to support strategic decision-making, cost optimization and acceleration of IT service delivery.
- Knowledge of Software-Defined architectures and ability to design automated and virtualized infrastructures, including self-provisioning mechanisms.
- Experience with containerization platforms such as Kubernetes, Tanzu, OpenShift or equivalent technologies.
- Mastery of DevSecOps principles, practices and tools.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, particularly TOGAF.
- Understanding of the ITIL framework and best practices in IT service management (ITSM).
- Knowledge of the public sector, its areas of activity, its governance requirements and public procurement processes.
