Als Asset Management Consultant bij Axians, adviseer je onze klanten in het beheer van hun IT-assets. In deze functie kies je voor een rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid, waarbij je de mogelijkheid krijgt om onze Asset Management offering verder vorm te geven.
Je functie:
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle IT-hardware- en software-assets volledig en nauwkeurig geregistreerd worden in de CMDB als basis voor de ITSM processen.
- Inventariseren en analyseren van de behoeften van onze klanten met betrekking tot het beheer van al hun hardware- en software- assets op vlak van security, compliance, audit en kost.
- Vertalen van klantvragen naar de gepaste inventory software en servicemanagement software. (primair Lansweeper, Jira service management)
- Design, implementatie en testen van de functionaliteit op basis van uitgevoerde analyses.
- Leiden van implementaties en bewaken van time/scope/budget tijdens de projecten.
- Klanten opleiden in gebruik van de geconfigureerde tools en de integratie in hun werkwijze.
- Ondersteunen van klanten na de ingebruikname van de tools.
Je profiel:
- Master of bachelor.
- Minimum 3 jaar ervaring in de IT sector waarbij je in aanraking bent gekomen met IT asset management en de nodige ervaring hebt opgedaan in systeemtechnische taken.
- Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en analytische skills.
- Brede IT-kennis en ervaring in service-, asset- en/of configuration management tools.
- Ervaring met Lansweeper, CMDB en de asset- en kostaspecten van Cloudplatformen (FinOps) zoals Azure, Linux of AWS is een plus.
- Affiniteit met Jira en Confluence is mooi meegenomen.
- Communicatief, ondernemend en klantgericht.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een plus.
- In bezit van een rijbewijs B.
