Dan is dit jouw kans om een sleutelrol te spelen op onze Service afdeling bij Kärcher.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Bewaken van tijdige en correcte uitvoering van reparaties, onderhoudsopdrachten en pre-delivery inspections (PDI's),
  • Aansturen van een team van minstens 5 techniekers en coördineren van hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden,
  • Beheren van het proces van planning tot oplevering en zorgen voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering,
  • Fungeren als het centrale contactpunt voor zowel interne als externe klanten,
  • Optimaliseren van de CRM-tool en zorgen voor efficiëntie in de bijbehorende processen,
  • Signaleren van verkoop- en serviceopportuniteiten voor verdere klanttevredenheid en groei,
  • Meebouwen aan de ontwikkeling van de teamleden door evaluatie, opstellen van doelstellingen, KPI's en begeleiden van opleidingstrajecten.
  • Rapporteren van resultaten en verbeteringsvoorstellen rechtstreeks aan de Area Service Manager.
    • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een technische en/of servicegerichte omgeving.
    • Bachelor denkniveau.
    • Basiskennis van electromechanica en hydraulica is een plus.
    • Zeer goede beheersing van het Nederlands, en goede kennis van Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
    • Ervaring met CRM-systemen en SAP is een pré.
