Voor onze klant, Advanced Machinery in Hamme, zoeken wij talent dat mee wil bouwen aan hun succes. Advanced Machinery is een toonaangevende speler in de converting-industrie en levert innovatieve oplossingen voor processen zoals extrusie van folies, het bedrukken ervan, lamineren en snijden. Ze bieden daarnaast hoogwaardige systemen aan, zoals baansturingen en spanningscontrole om bestaande processen te verbeteren en staan bekend om hun focus op kwaliteit, service en maatwerk.Met een sterk team van experts zet Advanced Machinery in op technische ondersteuning, onderhoud en training om klanten optimaal te bedienen en hun productieprocessen te optimaliseren. Als Service Engineer ben jij het technische aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten in de Benelux. Je zorgt voor een vlotte installatie, onderhoud en troubleshooting van onze geavanceerde machines en systemen. Dankzij jouw expertise draag je bij aan de tevredenheid van onze klanten en de optimale werking van hun productieprocessen.Wat ga je doen?Installeren en in bedrijf stellen van nieuwe machines.Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en reparaties.Diagnose stellen en technische problemen oplossen (troubleshooting).Klanten technisch ondersteunen en opleiden in het gebruik van onze machines.Regelmatig rapporteren en samenwerken met het externe service team in Italië. • Een technische opleiding (elektromechanica, automatisatie, of gelijkwaardig).• Ervaring in installatie, onderhoud of reparatie van industriële machines is een pluspunt.• Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en een klantgerichte houding.• Bereidheid om geregeld binnen de Benelux te reizen met af en toe een éénmalige service in Frankrijk en Duitsland.• Een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels (kennis van Frans is een troef).• Een uitdagende functie binnen een toonaangevend bedrijf.• Een competitief salarispakket met een uitgebreid pakket aan extra voordelen.• Opleiding en ondersteuning om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen.• Een dynamisch team waar jouw inzet écht gewaardeerd wordt.
