Daarom investeert ons informaticadepartement voortdurend in moderne technologie en apparatuur, zodat we de digitale transformatie en de nieuwste trends op dit vlak kunnen bijhouden.

Als moderne centrale bank, lid van het Eurosysteem, werkt de NBB voor het algemeen belang. Haar opdracht is te zorgen voor een stabiel financieel systeem, betrouwbare financiële instellingen en efficiënte betalingssystemen, evenals het verstrekken en analyseren van economische en financiële gegevens.


Als ServiceNow developer ben je voornamelijk verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van de ServiceNow-software-infrastructuur van de NBB (het Enterprise Service Management-platform). Binnen deze infrastructuur, die voornamelijk gebruik maakt van de ITSM- en App Engine-modules, is dit je takenpakket:

  • je onderhoudt of ontwikkelt nieuwe functionaliteiten en applicaties op basis van een behoefteanalyse waaraan je hebt bijgedragen
  • je onderhoudt of ontwikkelt integraties met andere onderdelen van de infrastructuur van de NBB
  • je biedt gebruikersondersteuning
  • je onderhoudt en ontwikkelt gebruikersfaciliteiten (documentatie, rapporten, dashboards, etc.)
  • je ondersteunt gebruikers bij hun Low code/No code initiatieven met behulp van het ServiceNow platform
  • je ondersteunen de uitbreiding van het gebruik van het ServiceNow platform binnen de NBB.

Dankzij je interactie met veel NBB-medewerkers ontwikkel je een grondige kennis van de IT-organisatie en de verschillende afdelingen van de bank.

Deze functie bied je niet alleen de mogelijkheid om je vaardigheden te ontwikkelen, maar opent ook de deur naar boeiende opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden.


Vereisten

  • je hebt een bachelorsdiploma in informatica of beschikt over een voldoende gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • je hebt programmeer- en scriptvaardigheden (Javascript, Perl, Python, XML, JSON, enz)
  • je hebt vaardigheden op het gebied van web services (REST, SOAP)
  • je bent sterk klantgericht
  • je hebt goede organisatorische vaardigheden en kunt zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig werken
  • je bent in staat om in een tweetalige omgeving te werken (N/F) et hebt een passieve kennis van het Frans (niveau A2) en van het Engels (niveau B1) of bent bereid om een opleiding te volgen.
