This role requires strong technical expertise, business insight, and the ability to communicate findings clearly. Key responsibilitiesCollect, clean, link, and validate data from multiple sourcesAnalyse data to uncover trends, patterns, and anomaliesCollaborate with internal teams to understand data requirementsEnsure data integrity and compliance with company standardsProvide actionable, data-driven recommendationsSummarise complex information into clear, concise messages for managementWork independently while staying aligned with team goalsDemonstrate determination, adaptability, and a willingness to learn Skills & experienceProficient in SQL, SAS, and advanced Excel (including VBA)Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plusStrong communication skills with the ability to synthesise complex data and influence stakeholdersMinimum 4 years in Data Analytics, preferably in financial servicesFamiliarity with data governance and GDPR is an advantageAnalytical, proactive, and a collaborative team player able to work autonomously in a dynamic environmentBachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, or a related field
