Voor de directie Investment/ALM zoeken we een Senior Reporting & planning Investment Manager.

In het kader van het beheer van de activa, instaan voor de opvolging en het challengen van de inhoud van de financiële producten via economische en operationele reporting en interne controle.


  • Volledige ontwikkeling van een investeringsplan dat als leidraad dient voor toekomstige investeringen door de Front Office en dat de basis vormt voor de budgettering in het kader van de financiële resultaten van de P&V Groep.
  • Nauwgezette controle en aanpassing van het investeringsplan in samenwerking met de Front Office en de ALM-teams, rekening houdend met de verwachte resultaten binnen de risicolimieten.
  • Ontwikkelen, inventariseren en automatiseren van passende rapporten voor interne en externe klanten.
  • Ontwikkelen, beheren en opvolgen van een Investment approval proces voor externe en interne investeringen.
  • Het investeringscomité aansturen: verzamelen van onderwerpen, agenda, leiden van het comité, opstellen van de processen-verbaal, enz.
  • In nauwe samenwerking met de Risk & Finance Chief Product Owner verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de uitvoering van projecten binnen de directie Financiën om de doelstellingen van waardecreatie, winstgevendheid, beheersing van de algemene kosten en voortdurende verbetering van de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening te bereiken.
  • Zorgen voor de goede werking van de teams overeenkomstig de richtlijnen; informatie van de directie overbrengen/communiceren; de nodige acties initiëren om de gestelde doelen te bereiken.
  • Doelstellingen bepalen, personeel evalueren en deelnemen aan het aanwervingsproces om een goed presterend team samen te stellen.
  • Binnen zijn/haar verantwoordelijkheidsgebied optreden als contactpersoon voor andere afdelingen en de directie om een constructieve werkomgeving te creëren.


  • Mastersniveau
  • Meer dan tien jaar ervaring in de verzekeringssector of gelijkwaardig door vijf jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie, met duidelijke leiderscapaciteiten.
  • Drietalig: Frans/Nederlands/Engels.

  • Snel verbeteringen doorvoeren
