Contexte

Au sein d'AXA Belgique, le département IT P&C est responsable de la gestion quotidienne, de la sécurité, de l'évolution technique et fonctionnelle des applications et systèmes d'assurance P&C (incendie, automobile, risques divers) pour nos clients, partenaires, courtiers ou employés.

Le département IT P&C cherche à nommer un IT Product Lead, chargé d'environ 15 applications P&C Corporate.

Le défi

Vos responsabilités en tant que IT Product Lead

  • En tant que leader et coach de l'équipe, vous vous assurez que la composition de l'équipe garantit une bonne connaissance pour maintenir et étendre les applications dans le domaine P&C Corporate, y compris la qualité de service et la conformité en matière de sécurité de nos applications déjà en cours.
  • Vous organisez le backlog de l'équipe, y compris :
    • Les activités de maintenance touchant les produits sous la responsabilité de l'équipe : correction de bugs, mises à niveau, mises à jour et correctifs de sécurité, améliorations de performance et de résilience, surveillance de la production, résolution des incidents,
    • Les impacts dus aux initiatives périphériques ou aux demandes BAU impactant les produits sous la responsabilité de l'équipe.

  • Vous organisez et encadrez une équipe d'environ 15 personnes (internes, contractuels et partenaires offshore) pour atteindre un niveau de maturité supérieur année après année, de manière à ce que l'équipe puisse maintenir les produits (applications et services) en mode BAU
  • En plus de gérer votre équipe directe, vous devrez également coordonner les différents experts qui contribuent à vos initiatives, tels que les managers de projets Epic/IT, les architectes et les spécialistes en sécurité. Il est essentiel que vous entreteniez un réseau étendu qui facilitera les échanges avec d'autres équipes et finalement l'élimination des obstacles.
  • Vous rendrez compte à votre manager de fonction IT, à la direction IT et aux parties prenantes et sponsors métier.


Expérience

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'équipes IT - avoir travaillé dans une organisation agile est un plus.
  • Vous avez de l'expérience dans les activités de gestion des applications, avec une bonne compréhension du contexte et des objectifs métier.
  • Vous avez une bonne vue d'ensemble des différents composants technologiques dans l'informatique moderne (Cloud, AWS, principes de sécurité).
  • Connaissance de l'une des deux langues nationales et de l'anglais (la connaissance de la deuxième langue nationale est un atout majeur).
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de l'assurance.

  • Vous êtes capable de communiquer avec des collègues commerciaux et techniques, et d'obtenir l'adhésion à différents niveaux de l'organisation
