Senior Reconciliation Officer | Ambitious Project

Our client is a fast-growing player in financial services and is looking for a Senior Reconciliation Officer who wants to be part of their growth ambitions.Our partner manages a large-scale national cash infrastructure network and is investing heavily in digitalisation, process optimisation, and efficient financial governance. You will join a stable yet growing organisation where you can truly make an impact.You manage and supervise the reconciliation of cash flows within an extensive network of devices.You perform daily and monthly checks on reconciliation activities, including the cash cycle and payment schedules.You support the Reconciliation Manager in preparing and presenting monthly reports and key figures.You analyse discrepancies, investigate root causes, and report findings in a clear and structured manner.You ensure correct follow-up of financial impacts on the balance sheet and profit and loss statement.You ensure an accurate month-end closing of the cash position for reporting to external parties.You manage reporting and statistics for senior management.You maintain contacts with service providers, banks, third parties, and auditors.You support the manager and CFO in developing and implementing management and financial reporting tools.Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or reconciliation.Languages: Fluent English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong plus.Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance; strong Excel skills (Power BI is an asset).A competitive salary package with additional benefits.A flexible remote working policy and modern work facilities.An organisation that encourages growth, autonomy, and initiative.
