Description de la fonction En tant que Business Application Owner au sein de l'équipe PIQXL, vous garantissez que les applications sous votre responsabilité répondent aux exigences métier, tout en soutenant la stratégie de Partenamut axée sur la simplification, l'omnicanalité et la santé.
Au quotidien :
Gestion des applications :
  • Vous maitrisez les applications (ex : Genesys, Teams, DGC, Instar, AS400,…) sous votre responsabilité, essentielles pour les services opérationnels.
  • Vous informez et accompagnez les utilisateurs lors du déploiement de nouvelles fonctionnalités pour garantir une adoption maximale.
  • Vous créez et diffusez la documentation nécessaire pour vos applications.
  • Vous configurez les applications pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de votre domaine.


Point de contact interne pour les équipes et les projets :
  • Vous contribuez au diagnostic et à l'analyse des processus opérationnels.
  • Vous proposez des solutions techniques dans votre domaine d'expertise.
  • Vous intervenez dans les projets liés à votre métier et amenez votre expertise pour évaluer l'impact opérationnel et fonctionnel des changements (pour le département du Pôle relation clients).


Testing des applications :
  • Vous vous coordonnez avec MLOZ (union des mutualités libres) pour planifier, rédiger, organiser et superviser les tests nécessaires lors de modifications des applications ainsi qu’assurer leur fiabilité avant la mise en production.
  • Vous prenez en charge l'activation en production des applications testées avec succès.


Gestion des incidents et des problèmes :
  • Vous gérez les incidents et les problèmes liés à vos applications.
  • Vous assurez un suivi auprès des partenaires informatiques et vous coordonnez la communication entre les différents services impactés.


Maîtrise des données liées à vos applications :
  • Vous maitrisez les données en liens avec les applications dans votre champ d’activité.
  • Vous concevez, extrayez et le cas échéant exécutez des routines opérationnelles et des sélections de données nécessaires à la bonne gestion des services.
Profil Votre profil en tant que Business Application Owner :
  • Vous marquez un fort intérêt pour l’informatique, vous avez une grande envie d’apprendre et de vous développer dans la gestion et la compréhension du fonctionnement des applications liées à votre rôle.
  • Vous êtes organisé et vous êtes reconnu pour votre capacité d’analyse, de synthèse et votre orientation solution.
  • Vous êtes doté d’excellentes capacités de communication écrite et orale en français, vous avez une bonne maitrise de l’Anglais et au minimum une connaissance passive du néerlandais.
  • Vous pouvez justifier d’une expertise probante dans l’utilisation des outils standards (ex : DGC, AS400, …), ou d’une expérience probante dans la gestion d’application au sein d’une entreprise d’une certaine taille.
  • Vous êtes un team player, vous êtes flexible au niveau des horaires et occasionnellement au niveau du lieu de travail.
