Nous optimisons réseau de vente et de service en propre, avec une agilité opérationnelle et un esprit d'entreprise. Notre équipe d'experts en mécanique et en après-vente a construit, au cours des 10 dernières années, un niveau de qualité de service dont nous sommes tous fiers.
Afin de renforcer notre département après-vente multiservices avec une connaissance supplémentaire des produits, nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un "Technical Product Specialist - Penta" pour notre bureau de Bruxelles.
- Soutenir nos équipes d'après-vente en Afrique, conformément aux normes SMT Africa et OEM ;
- Soutenir les départements Pièces détachées, Ventes et Garantie au siège à Bruxelles ;
- Possibilité de donner des formations si vous vous sentez à l'aise.
Soutenir les équipes après-vente
- Fournir un support face aux problèmes techniques et escalader les demandes de support technique à Volvo ;
- Vous êtes en charge de la mise en place et de la gestion du système d'information et de communication de l'entreprise ;
- Fournir une expertise locale sur site à un client clé en tant que technicien senior.
Pièces détachées, ventes et services de garantie au HQ
- Soutenir les ventes en fournissant toute information technique. (y compris l'outillage, les pièces de rechange, les services, les problèmes techniques et les options de modernisation) ;
- Soutenir le service des pièces en identifiant les numéros de pièces lorsque des connaissances techniques sont requises ;
- Fournir une assistance pour les questions relatives à la garantie et à la campagne.
Former les équipes après-vente.
- Vous identifiez les besoins des directeurs techniques et des techniciens en fonction de leurs compétences ;
- Etre constamment formé et mis à jour sur nos produits dédiés ;
- Former notre équipe sur site (Bruxelles et à l'étranger).
- Vous démontrez une solide expertise mécanique ;
- Expérience dans l'après-vente de machines et/ou de camions ;
- 10 ans d'expérience dans des environnements techniques ;
- Une bonne connaissance du secteur des équipements de construction ou du secteur automobile est indispensable ;
- La connaissance et l'expérience du travail en Afrique et/ou sur des sites isolés est un plus ;
- Vous avez d'excellentes capacités d'organisation soutenues par une bonne connaissance technique/produit ;
- Vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe ou de manière indépendante ;
- Bonne maîtrise d'Excel et de Microsoft Office ;
- Connaissances linguistiques (par ordre d'importance) : Français / Anglais ;
- Capacité à travailler avec différentes cultures et à voyager dans différents environnements.
