Sales Administrative Support

Job description- Provides administrative support to the Sales team
- Liaise with the Customer Service at the HQ in order to ensure swift treatment of customer orders
- Answer phone calls and provides general information to callers, takes messages, and/or directs calls to appropriate individuals
- After training, provides basic information on products & services to customers
- Redirect service and technical requests to the appropriate department
- Resolve or assist in case of logistics issues
- Provide back up support to Sales people when they are out of the office
- Maintain the CRM database up to date
- Generate periodic reports from CRM and/or from SAP
- May assist in the preparation of presentations and/or demo's
- Provides support for bookings and travel arrangements
- Provides support for organization of customer events
- Facility management
- Business or commercial degree (Bachelor or equivalent by experience)
- Fluent in Dutch, French, English - German is an advantage
- Proficient with personal computers – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SAP
- Strong service & communication skills – verbal and written
- Articulate, energetic and personable
- Team Player
- Mature
- Start on 12/1/2025
