Our client, located in Ixelles, is looking for a Records Manager to support the HR department. Working for our customer means working for a leading company in its sector
**Description**
- You will be responsible for digital and paper filing according to procedures;
- You manage the various contacts and requests for information on specific files;
- You take charge of the preparation of files according to deadlines and procedures;
- You process documentation;
- You encode data, statistics and other types of information and ensure that they are kept up to date;
- You are involved in the running of the department, in particular through active participation in coordination meetings.
**Profile**
- You have good analytical and critical thinking skills;
- You know how to establish links between various data;
- You act with integrity and respect confidentiality;
- You are an excellent communicator;
- You have a good command of traditional IT tools;
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch.
