Cohezio vzw, is één van de grootste Externe Diensten voor Preventie en Bescherming op het Werk in België, die professionele bijstand biedt bij de verwezenlijking van het veiligheids- en welzijnsbeleid van werkgevers door te waken over de gezondheid van hun werknemers en hen te helpen met het beheer van de risico’s in hun onderneming.

Hiervoor schakelen wij specialisten in uit de 5 domeinen van de wet op het welzijn. Deze domeinen zijn: arbeidsveiligheid, gezondheid, ergonomie,
arbeidshygiëne en psychosociale aspecten van het werk.

Cohezio telt 550 medewerkers en is ISO 9001:2015-gecertificeerd.

Voor de hoofzetel in Brussel zijn we momenteel op zoek naar naar een: Internal Support IT Engineer. Functieomschrijving Als Internal Support IT Engineer ben je hoofdzakelijk verantwoordelijk voor de 1ste-lijnshulp van Servicedesk. Je biedt efficiënte technische ondersteuning om IT-problemen binnen de organisatie op te lossen.
  • Hij/zij implementeert de ICT-tools op de verschillende bedrijfslocaties en beheert en coördineert deze tools.
  • Hij/zij schrijft technische documentatie voor de users en voor Servicedesk en houdt deze up-to-date.
  • Hij/zij biedt ondersteuning aan interne collega's bij het oplossen van problemen en verzoeken.
Beheren van incidenten
  • Vragen van users ontvangen en registreren
    • Alle aanvragen van de users nauwgezet registreren
  • Eerste evaluatie van de incidenten
    • Een eerste evaluatie uitvoeren van alle gemelde incidenten, en inclusief een eerste poging ondernemen om snel een oplossing te vinden. Waar nodig, doorschakelen naar een tweede ondersteuningsniveau voor een diepgaande diagnose en efficiënte oplossing.
  • Beheer en toewiizing van incidenten
    • De opvolging en tijdige toewijzing van alle incidenten nauwgezet beheren, volgens de overeengekomen servicelevelafspraken.
  • Communicatie met de users
    • Proactieve communicatie door de users op de hoogte te houden van de status en vordering van hun aanvraag.
  • Ter plaatse technische problemen bij apparatuur oplossen en defecte apparatuur vervangen
    • Zorgen voor snelle en efficiënte probleemoplossing en, waar nodig, vervanging van defecte apparatuur direct op de betreffende bedrijfslocaties.
Serviceverzoeken beheren
  • Communicatie over de Beschikbare Diensten
    • Users informeren over de beschikbare diensten en gedetailleerde instructies geven over hoe ze deze kunnen verkrijgen.
  • Beheer van de elementen van de Standaardiensten
    • De elementen die nodig zijn als onderdeel van standaarddiensten verwerven en proactief leveren
  • Vragen en klachten beantwoorden
    • Prompt reageren op algemene vragen en klachten efficiënt afhandelen zodat de users zo tevreden mogelijk zijn.
  • Levering en installatie van het IT-materiaal op de interne bedrijfslocaties.
    • Zorgen voor de efficiënte levering en installatie van IT-apparatuur op de verschillende interne bedrijfslocaties.
Beheer van voorvallen
  • Waarschuwingen en meldingen controleren
  • De gebeurtenissen aanpakken in functie van vastgelegde procedures.
Beheer van servicemiddelen en configuraties
  • Ervoor zorgen dat de middelen die nodig zijn om de diensten te leveren goed worden beheerd en dat de informatie over deze middelen nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar is en beschikbaar is waar en wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Een permanente inventaris bijhouden van alle operationele apparatuur en ervoor zorgen dat de apparatuur op de verschillende locaties wordt vernieuwd.
Je komt terecht in een team van 4 Support Engineers en rapporteert aan de Manager Service Desk. Profiel
  • Diploma hoger secundair onderwijs als IT-technicus of gelijkwaardige beroepservaring.
  • Minstens 3 jaar werkervaring in IT
  • Tweetalig Frans en Nederlands
  • Informaticakennis
    • Network
      • Basiskennis van netwerkconcepten (LAN) en (WAN).
    • Hardware
      • Laptop/Desktop/Tablet/Smartphone (installatie en configuratie)
    • Software
      • Active Directory
      • Citrix - client support
      • Windows Deployment Services (SCCM)
  • Uitmuntende communicatievaardigheden zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
  • Vaardigheid om met mensen op elk niveau een gesprek te voeren.
  • Pedagogische vaardigheden
  • Ervaring met klachtenbeheer
  • Nauwgezet werken en in staat zijn om problemen op te sporen, te analyseren en op te lossen
  • Rijbewijs B is noodzakelijk
