Customs specialist | Zaventem | ENG/DUTCH

We are looking for a customs specialist for a large pharmaceutical company in Zaventem.
Your tasks:
-You follow up incoming shipments.
-You co-ordinate import and export with forwarding agents, provide timely and correct import instructions and inform Supply planning and/or Customer Service.
-You file compliant and accurate import/export declarations towards the authorities.
-You are responsible for the correct execution on special import/export documentation and assist in queries by customs authorities.
-You resolve files of dispute and provide feedback/information to stake holders.
-You provide timely and appropriate feedback to customs authorities.
-You maintain stock records on a daily base.
-You ensure periodic stock controls of bonded goods.
-You are responsible for the yearly closing stock records.
ProfielYour profile:
-You have several years of experience in customs
-You have very good knowledge of English and Dutch (written and spoken)
-You have a high level of self-motivation and flexibility
-You are able to perform under pressure in order to meet set targets and deadlines
-You ensure high level of accuracy and quality work
-You have strong communication and problem solving skills
