Het Knowledge Center-team zorgt voor de coördinatie van continue opleidingstrajecten, zowel technisch als soft skills, om zo de medewerkers binnen Life vanaf het begin te ondersteunen in hun loopbaan. Hierbij ligt de focus op de operationele teams. Het trainen van de Life & Health-teams is essentieel vanwege de complexiteit van de job en de uitdaging om geschikte profielen aan te trekken, wat een competitief voordeel oplevert.

Naast de coördinatie is het team verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en geven van zowel algemene als technische trainingen, in samenwerking met verscheidene stakeholders bij AXA Belgium.

Verder beheert het departement ook de instructienota's voor de Life Operations en zorgt ervoor dat deze voortdurend in lijn zijn met marktontwikkelingen en het wettelijke kader.

De manager van het Knowledge Center, in samenwerking met de operationele directies, definieert de opleidingsbehoeften, de benaderingen en implementatie strategieën, in lijn met de lange termijnvisie.

Hij/zij stimuleert de integratie ervan en bevordert de professionele ontwikkeling van de teams en is een drijvende kracht voor verandering binnen de BU Life & Health.

Je verantwoordelijkheden :

  • Je maakt deel uit van het managementteam van de Change-afdeling van de BU Life & Health. Je bent een drijvende kracht op het gebied van verandering binnen de BU, op alle vlakken (client experience, innovation, simplification, ).
  • Je beheert de teams van het Knowledge Center om opleidingsstrategie van jouw entiteit te definiëren en te implementeren, en zorgt ervoor dat de hoofdtaken van deze teams worden voltooid.
  • Dankzij de coachende rol die je opneemt, en in samenwerking met andere entiteiten, implementeer je een flexibel en proactief werkmodel binnen jouw teams.
  • Je bevordert een innovatieve en creatieve benadering om een begeleiding te bieden die flexibel is en zich kan aanpassen aan veranderende behoeften op het terrein.
  • Je bent actief op zoek naar mogelijkheden om innovatieve ondersteuning van hoge kwaliteit te bieden aan de operationele teams.
  • Naast het verzorgen van opleidingen, ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor support-activiteiten voor de business, zoals het opstellen van instructienota's om ervoor te zorgen dat het operationele goed functioneert in overeenstemming met geldende normen en regelgeving; alsook voor het analyseren en behandelen van klachten in nauwe samenwerking met Customer Protection/Data Privacy, met als doel voortdurende verbetering.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het definiëren en coördineren van de interne communicatie van de gehele BU Life & Health.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van het budget en de capaciteit van je teams om ervoor te zorgen dat de gestelde doelen worden behaald.

  • Je hebt kennis van en affiniteit met de wereld van de levensverzekeringen (sparen, pensioen, bescherming), makelaardij en B2B.
  • Je bent een motiverende en inspirerende leader, in staat om de support-teams te begeleiden en te mobiliseren om doelen te bereiken door een samenwerkende en motiverende werkomgeving te creëren.
  • Je toont, hetzij door ervaring, hetzij door affiniteit, een diep begrip van de behoeften op gebied van technische en niet-technische opleidingen om zo bij te dragen aan het succes de support-teams.
  • Je bent bedreven in change management en zorgt voor een soepele overgang naar een nieuwe aanpak en strategische visie binnen de teams.
  • Je hebt een duidelijke visie over de evolutie van de behoeften van de BU Life & Health en bent in staat om innovatieve strategieën te ontwikkelen voor operationele ondersteuning om zo groei en operational excellence te bevorderen.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en jouw ruimdenkendheid stelt je in staat om innovatief te denken en opkomende technologieën zoals AI te integreren in onze ondersteuningsprocessen.
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en beheerst het Nederlands/Frans op een niveau dat complexe gesprekken in beide talen zowel schriftelijk als mondeling mogelijk maakt.
  • Je onderhoudt sterke relaties met de verschillende betrokken partijen en bevordert een cultuur van samenwerking met de andere afdelingen binnen de Change directie (Process, Business Solutions, Internal Control & Compliance), de BU Life & Health (Operations, Product Management, Legal & Taks, Life Inforce & UL) en AXA Belgium (HR, Distributie, Transformatie, Opex, IT)
